You can terminate your contract at any time. The Cancellation Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act.

If classes have not started: the Académie de danse de l’Outaouais cannot claim any fees.

If the courses have started: You must pay the cost of the services already received (number of classes taken) in addition to a penalty provided for by law. This corresponds to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the price of the services not received.
