Salsa, as we know it today, is a cultural blend of Latin American rhythms. It is danced in couples but also alone, leaving free rein to improvisation.

Dress code

Comfortable clothing that does not restrain movement.
Athletic or casual T-shirt.
Leggings or fitted pants.
Flexible, well-fitting, and closed-toe shoes that allow you to glide easily while dancing.
Leather soles are recommended.
