The Académie de danse de l’Outaouais offers the following paths:

Initiation, Formation, and Développement personnel.

Classes are open to boys and girls ages 3 and above, teenagers and adults.

THE PATHS

Initiation program:

• for students aged 3 to 4, the Mouvement créatif class shares the joy of expressing ourselves through movement,
• for students aged 5 to 7, the Pré ballet class begins the dance technique training.

Formation program:

• for students aged 8 and above, the classes of the profiles in Classical ballet, Modern dance or Trapeze dance enable students to acquire and refine dance technique and introduce them to the nuances of interpretation;

*The complementary classes are highly recommended to encourage a diverse and versatile learning experience for the students.

Développement personnel program:

• for adults, the Ballet fitness classes, the Danse trapèze classes and the Salsa classes offer a fitness activity and the discovery of expression through dance.
