Passeport-danse takes Preschool and Elementary school students on a “journey” to discover the world of dance.
JE DANSE À L’ÉCOLE!
DESCRIPTION
Je danse à l’école! sets up practical workshops aimed at promoting dance and developing the students’ openness, curiosity and critical thinking. Three components are proposed, thus making it possible to adapt the activity to the needs of the students and teachers.
DANSE/ART VISUEL
DESCRIPTION
This dance experience, brought to life in a fun and educational way, is a customized animation service in coordination with the Art-image Exhibition Center.
JOURNÉE DÉCOUVERTE MULTICULTURELLE
DESCRIPTION
Journée découverte multiculturelle is a customized dance, music, and visual arts activity. It aims to highlight different art forms and the way they can be linked together.
(In coordination with the Art-image Exhibition Center, a music teacher, and a dance teacher.)
RENCONTRE-DANSE
DESCRIPTION
Rencontre-danse is a dance show that gives importance to original choreographic works performed by the students of l’Académie who participate in the Atelier chorégraphique (Choreographic workshops). To allow our spectators to appreciate choreographic works and to share their experience, we also organize a period to share impressions at the end of the performance, and to have a discussions with the young dancers.
ANIMATION SUR DEMANDE
DESCRIPTION
The objective of Animation sur demande (Activity upon request) is to introduce expression through dance to students of all ages (Preschool, Elementary, and Secondary school levels).
Initiation, exploration and creation will be at the heart of this activity.
