{"id":2775,"date":"2015-08-24T07:15:46","date_gmt":"2015-08-24T07:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/presentation\/"},"modified":"2026-08-17T23:32:49","modified_gmt":"2026-08-17T23:32:49","slug":"presentation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/en\/cours\/presentation\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Acad\u00e9mie de danse de l\u2019Outaouais offers the following paths:<\/p>\n<p>Initiation, Formation, and D\u00e9veloppement personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Classes are open to boys and girls ages 3 and above, teenagers and adults.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE PATHS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Initiation <\/strong>program:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for students aged 3 to 4, the <a href=\"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/en\/cours\/parcours-initiation-3-a-7-ans\/mouvement-creatif\/\">Mouvement cr\u00e9atif<\/a> class shares the joy of expressing ourselves through movement,<\/li>\n<li>for students aged 5 to 7, the <a href=\"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/en\/cours\/parcours-initiation-3-a-7-ans\/pilates-et-trapiforme\/\">Pr\u00e9 ballet<\/a> class begins the dance technique training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Formation<\/strong> program:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for students aged 8 and above, the classes of the profiles in <a href=\"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/en\/cours\/formation-8-ans-et-plus\/danse-classique\/\">Classical ballet<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/en\/cours\/formation-8-ans-et-plus\/danse-contemporaine\/\">Modern dance<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/en\/cours\/formation-8-ans-et-plus\/danse-trapeze\/\">Trapeze dance<\/a> enable students to acquire and refine dance technique and introduce them to the nuances of interpretation;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*The <a href=\"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/en\/cours\/complementary-classes-age-8-and-over\/\">complementary classes<\/a> are highly recommended to encourage a diverse and versatile learning experience for the students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9veloppement personnel <\/strong>program:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for adults, the <a href=\"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/en\/cours\/mise-en-forme-par-la-danse-adultes-aines-et-retraites\/ballet-fitness\/\">Ballet fitness<\/a> classes, the <a href=\"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/en\/cours\/mise-en-forme-par-la-danse-adultes-aines-et-retraites\/danse-trapeze\/\">Danse trap\u00e8ze<\/a> classes and the <a href=\"https:\/\/jedanse.ca\/en\/cours\/mise-en-forme-par-la-danse-adultes-aines-et-retraites\/salsa\/\">Salsa<\/a> classes offer a fitness activity and the discovery of expression through dance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Acad\u00e9mie de danse de l\u2019Outaouais offers the following paths: Initiation, Formation, and D\u00e9veloppement personnel.
